Not far from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, on the north side of the Alps, is the Trevallon estate located in the village of Saint-Etienne-du-Gres. Here, limestone emerges from the earth everywhere. It is ubiquitous and forms this harsh, dry land. The vineyards around the old farmhouse spread out over 17 hectares in the midst of this lively and protected countryside.
